Comments: Poulbot was famed for his charming depictions of childhood, and used this to wonderful effect on a number of French WWI posters. This lovely poster shows a mother and thre children bidding farewell to Father, who is joining his fellows towards the Front.

Condition: B to B+, linen mounted, fine color, there are some breaks at folds with tiny losses, but this is really only visible on close inspection. Eye appeal is excellent and the poster is bright and fresh.
