Comments: Very rare French lithograph portfolio, illustrated by famed artist Neumont around the theme of months of the year. Each month is illustrated in a sepia lithograph showing sexy nude women in a backgound appropriate for that month. These works are very evocative of the Art Nouveau style. This has a publisher imprint at back indicating an edition of 30 published on Japan paper, and this is #23, signed in ink by the author on the back page. Truly a wonderful and very rare portfolio, the prints are in exceedingly nice condition, though the binding and covers have flaws. I have never found any information about this set, and have had it in my collection for many years and always enjoyed looking at it.

Condition: Complete, covers show wear and soiling, ex-library, with blindstamp and punched stamp on cover and a couple interior pages, not affecting any image. Double page illustrations are remarkably fresh, on superb Japan paper, and have the center fold as issued, pages mostly have come loose from binding.
